Gates Belt Drive has announced official partnerships with four elite race teams—Aon on Gamux frames, Atherton Racing, MS-Racing on Zerode Frames, and Intense Factory Racing for the 2025 Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) Downhill Mountain Bike season. Big wins for belt drive in the 2025 season!

Congratulations to Oli Clark of MS Racing for taking 1st in the Junior Men’s DH at the UCI World Cup in Leogang, Austria (May 30–June 1) aboard a belted Zerode. This marks a historic milestone as a belt drive bike reaches to the top of UCI DH podium.

And a huge shoutout to Hattie Harnden with the support of Aon Racing - Tourne Campervans, who powered her belted Nicolai G1 GPI bike to a podium finish in the UCI Enduro World Cup in France. Across several brutal stages over two days, riders faced nearly 20 kilometers of demanding terrain, with a total descent of 3,169, plus punishing climbs that tested every ounce of strength, precision, and reliability.
